Reentry Program

Pre-entry Program (PREP)

The Pre-Entry Program (PREP) addresses the needs of defendants and their family from adjudication, surrender date at the Bureau of Prisons (BOP), and reentry to the community.  BOP and social services information is provided. The goal is to educate, reduce anxiety, reduce risk for noncompliance, and promote participation in programs while incarcerated. This will assist in the transition from the community to confinement and back to the community.

Prerelease Orientation

A monthly presentation at the Residential Reentry Center provides an overview of federal supervision. Probation staff and other agencies answer any questions persons under supervision may have regarding supervised release.
