Instructions
As a condition of release, the Court may impose a condition requiring you to submit to random drug testing as instructed by the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office. If ordered to complete drug testing, the following procedures apply:
You must be prepared to provide an unadulterated and undiluted urine specimen when scheduled for testing or the drug test will be considered a stall and a violation of your release. Any attempt to falsify or adulterate the drug test will be reported to the Court as a violation. Failure to report as directed will be considered a violation of your conditions. If you are unable to report for any reason, you are to notify your assigned officer immediately. If you are excused by your probation officer, be prepared to provide documentation as to the reason for your excused absence (i.e., doctor's written excuse, letter from your employer, etc.) Reporting for a drug test prior to court. You must report at least 30 minutes prior to your hearing. If you wish to report earlier, you must first discuss this with your supervising officer. |
