If I am convicted of a felony in Federal court, can I vote?

In the state of Arkansas, you automatically have your voting rights restored after you have fully discharged your sentence, including any period of probation, parole, or supervised released. However, if you move to another state, your right to vote will be controlled by the laws of that state. When you register to vote, you will need to present your discharge letter that will be mailed to you at the completion of your sentence.
